Return Policy

Before returning a product, you must call or e-mail for a Return Authorization Number.

Different items may have different return instructions and locations, you must call or e- mail for instructions specific to the item you are returning.

Returns sent without a Return Authorization Number will not be accepted.

Return shipments sent to an address other than the location specified in the return instructions will be refused and sent back to you at your expense.

Returns may be made up to 30 days of the order date, and are subject to a 20% restocking charge.

A copy of the original invoice or packing slip must be included with a note describing the reason for the return.

All returns must be shipped with the freight prepaid. COD or freight collect returns will not be accepted.

Pack the item in its original packaging with all instructions, warranty cards, and any attachments, unless otherwise instructed. All parts must be complete, uninstalled, and undamaged.

Disassembled, damaged, previously installed, and custom parts cannot be returned. See our warranty policy for items that have been installed.
